Balanced groove with soft focus sweetness
From the highland communities of Huabal in northern Peru, San Antonio is a coffee shaped by steep ridges, cool mountain air, and smallholder farms tucked deep into the Andes. Grown at high elevation and carefully washed, it captures the clarity and sweetness that define this region’s best lots.
Freshly harvested coffees are evaluated and selected quickly at source, helping preserve their clean, structured character and ensuring quality is reflected all the way from farm to cup. The result is a cup that feels precise, sweet, and quietly complex.
In the current lineup there is a great mix of Citrus Brightness and Nutty Chocolate Sweetness.

Notes: Mandarin, Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut
Bright mandarin lifts the cup first, followed by smooth layers of almond and hazelnut, with dark chocolate depth and a soft wafer-like sweetness carrying the finish.
