How To Brew
Beans & Prep
Select Your Vibe
Start with 15g of coffee and 250g of good filtered water. Good brewing begins long before the kettle boils.
Kettle, Temperature & Filter
Set The Stage
Rinse your filter, warm your brewer, and bring the water to 94c. Every great session needs a propper soundcheck.
Grinding
Find The Groove
Grind medium fine, like caster sugar.
Start Timer, First Bloom
Drop The Needle
Start your timer and pour 50g of water. Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds making sure to saturate as much of the grinds as possible
Post-Bloom Pour
Build The Rhythm
at 0:30, gently pour to 150g, keeping the bed evenly saturated, using small circular movements.
Pouring
Bring in The Bass Line
at 1:00, continue pouring to 200g. Smooth and steady.

The Main Mix
at 1:30, pour to the final weight of 250g. Let the coffee do the rest.

A Slow Fade
Around the 2:30 mark, the the brewer a gentle swirl to settle the bed and even out the extraction.
Stir & Serve

A quick stir, pour into your favourite cup and enjoy the full set!
