Roasting Schedule & FulfillmentWe roast our coffee fresh in Beckenham. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard UK Shipping: Delivered within 2–4 business days via, Royal Mail after dispatch.
- Shipping Fees: Flat rate of £4.45 or Free Delivery on orders over £50
Tracking Your OrderOnce your fresh beans are on the way, you will receive a dispatch email containing your courier tracking link. We currently only ship online orders directly to consumers within the United Kingdom.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all whole bean and ground coffee sales are final. We cannot accept returns on roasted coffee food items. If for whatever reason your order should arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us immediately at smallfacet@thehomesteadcafe.co.uk with photo evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for any shipping errors or damaged parcels reported within 14 days of delivery."
For any non-perishable equipment or brewing accessories, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
